QS PKI transition governance models

The HAPKIDO project aims to develop a roadmap for the transition to quantum-safe Public Key Infrastructures (PKIs). The transition demands that organizations collectively tackle technical challenges, as well as governance challenges. This report zooms in on the applicability of IT Governance models for dealing with these governance challenges. The objective is to evaluate the applicability of governance mechanisms provided in the literature for facilitating the transition towards Quantum Safe (QS) PKI. Attention was given to how the governance mechanisms can strengthen each other, and how system dynamics models should be developed to understand their interdependencies.
