HAPKIDO is as a collaboration between public and private parties. In this collaboration the knowledge parties TU Delft and CWI will perform the academic research. TNO will ensure the results are integrated and will establish a Quantum Safe PKI together with KPN and Microsoft. The knowledge of KPN, Logius and Zynyo on how PKI systems operate in practice will ensure that a QS PKI system is developed that has the potential to go to TRL 9 after the project has been finalized.
